How much does Atalis cost?
Free! There are no one-time fees, no subscriptions and no premium accounts for buyers on the Atalis Marketplace. Atalis places no minimum amounts to make an order, however some Sellers may require a minimum order amount for their products.
How do I register as a Buyer?
Follow the registration link here and register using this step-by-step guide.
Step 1: Create your account by filling in your personal information, then choose a password for your Atalis account. Click Next
Step 2: Input your business details into the fields, including your company registration number and VAT. Click Next
Step 3: Fill in your Buyer profile information. This step is not mandatory on registration, however you will be asked to complete this step once you are registered. Click Next
Step 4: Wait for your acceptance email to start transacting on Atalis.
How can I contact a Seller?
Each Seller profile has a direct message and Request a Quote function where you can get in touch with the Seller to discuss their offerings in more detail. You may also message and Request a Quote from within a product page, just beneath the product image and listing details.
How do I return a product?
Seller's have their returns and refunds policy in their Seller profile. It is important that you read these before making a purchase. Refunds and returns are managed between you and the Sellers. If your order isn't as described, defective or damaged, or if you never received them, get in touchwith theseller through the "Contact Seller" button on their Seller profile and organise a refund or return with them directly.
