How Atalis' Product Testing Process Works
Our testing process is simple and efficient. After purchasing a test, you'll receive instructions on how to send a sample of the batch you wish to have tested. Our partner laboratory will process your sample within three to five working days. Once the analysis is complete, you'll receive your batch Certificate of Analysis via email, which you can easily upload to your product listing.

Send your product samples for testing

Wait for processing
Once your samples have been received, our partner laboratory will process them. Processing times vary depending on the test you have selected, but it usually takes between 3 to 5 business days.

Receive your results
After processing is complete, you'll receive your results via email in PDF format. Make sure to download the PDF and upload it to the Certificates of Analysis (CoA) section in the corresponding product on our platform.

Update your product listing
Go to your seller dashboard and access the product listing you want to update. Scroll down to the Certificates of Analysis section, press Choose File, and upload the corresponding CoA for the product. Press Save, and your updated product listing is ready.
